The pools in the community were nice but only open until 6pm every night and the sports complex had no lights for playing after dusk. This neighborhood as well as OBX in general is a very family oriented place with lots of active people/families vacationing there. Many people were biking, running and walking on all the paths that run the entire area of OBX.
