After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $100 per pet (max of 2 dogs). Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

It was very family friendly and had thoughtful items like baby gate at the top of the stairs, kids eating items and bunk bed in the kids room. We had a few issues come up during our stay and the host was very responsive getting 1 issue resolved same day within a few hours. The weather was iffy during our stay so we could only use the pool one day but it was a great addition. The house could benefit from a few small relatively low cost upgrades like swapping shower heads for detachable shower heads to help make bathing the kids after beach days a bit easier. Overall it was a good stay that’s close to the beach and good for a family while being pet friendly." (8/5)
