Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

- **Anonymous**: "What a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Capital Hill! The house combines historical details with modern amenities, making it the perfect combination. We walked to the Capitol, to a yummy breakfast spot just down the street and grabbed a few things at the corner shop caddy corner from the house- the location could not be beat! 
As others have said, the sleeping accommodations seem like they could be improved- especially the sleeper sofa near the master bedroom- I don’t see 2 full grown people sleeping there comfortably. That said, the beds and linens provided were all great. 
We did have an issue with the hot water heater while we were there, but the host was very responsive and we actually got it figured out ourselves. I don’t think it would be an ongoing issue. 
None of our group wanted to leave this beautiful house! We would definitely stay here again when in DC!" (10/5)
