Please note that pool heaters are intended to gently warm the water and take the chill off. They are not designed to heat the pool to a hot-tub or bath-water temperature. We target 78–82°F when weather cooperates, but we can’t guarantee exact temps.

It was very close to the beach and conveniently located to lots of stores, restaurants, etc. The hosts communicated thoroughly and regularly, and were very responsive to questions during the trip. One thing to be aware of - the shared living space is fairly small. It's just the one couch and chair and a small table in the kitchen. There's also only one full bathroom in the main part of the house. There is essentially a separate, disconnected apartment on the bottom floor with it's own couch and full bath, which could be good depending on your situation. If it's a rainy day and you're looking to have everyone together in one area for dinner or anything like that, it's going to be a bit cramped.  Otherwise, though, great house and great experience.
