Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

- **Anonymous**: "This is a remotely managed place. I had some misgivings about no human contact of any kind, but I have to say that they responded to my texts right away.
The one problem we had was not being able to control the temperature on our first night was quite warm when I contacted them. They said they would lower the temperature remotely. It seemed slightly better, but not the 75° I requested.
When we came back to pick up the suitcases later in the day, they had installed a window unit! We did not benefit from it, but definitely the room will be better after this" (8/5)

The room was huge and the bathroom nice. Comfortable mattress and clean bed. Check in and check out was super easy and I loved the code on the door - no carrying keys which was perfect! I found some really nice cafes in the neighborhood and genuinely enjoyed myself. I read in some reviews that people complained about the light shining in from the hallway - you can just turn it off so that was no problem at all!!

The team was super responsive, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again! I felt so safe (so important as solo traveler) and comfortable. 

And the building is so pretty as well!! Typical DuPont row house. I was really happy with the entire stay!! Thanks so much!!!" (10/5)
