Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beach front condo. This 1 bedroom has room for 4 with a queen bed and sleeper sofa. Willoughby Spit is a great neighborhood to check out on foot or bike as there is water on both sides! Our side contains over 7 miles of uncrowded and awesome beaches with small waves right on the Chesapeake Bay. We are pet friendly by request. This home has a minimum stay of 30 days.
Beach Construction Notice:
The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach.
Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points.
Beach chairs are available.

I absolutely loved this Airbnb stay!!!! First getting to stay on the ocean was just amazing, completely worth sitting out and watching the sunset if you have the time! The place was nice and clean and I loved that they allowed dogs with no fees to me. ☺️ the parking was a bit confusing at first but any issue I had the hosts answered in such a timely manner! I would definitely stay here again!
I absolutely loved my stay at Nicole’s place. She was very responsive and the views were amazing! Highly recommend :)
