Newly renovated 1 bedroom + den, 1 bathroom apartment in Woodley Park. Set up with a primary bedroom and an office, with an option to add a twin bed for $200. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. The Muriel is 1 block from the red line metro station, the zoo, and great restaurants.

When you book this home, each adult occupant will be required to submit a $45 application, which includes a credit, criminal, and eviction check and you will be required to execute a lease agreement.

In the living room, enjoy some time watching your favorite movies on the Smart TV. If you need to work, our home is equipped with a desk, chair, and light. Enjoy a home cooked meal, or takeout, at the dining room table. 

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and more. There’s a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and a Keurig Coffee Maker. The kitchen also has cooking items including pots and pans, baking tray and cooking utensils. There’s knives, a cutting board, strainer and mixing bowls. There’s 4 sets of plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, and flatware. 

The home is a vacuum, broom, swiffer and ironing board. 

Each floor has a shared washer and dryer on each floor.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

- **Anonymous**: "I hate to leave a bad review, but this place earned it.  When I arrived in the unit, the smell in the living room was bad, and just smelled "old."  The couch looked like it had been washed in muddy water and smelled like dog and old sweat, and the vinyl floors were cracked and bubbling. Also the kitchen utensils needed to be scrapped. While the utensils got changed, they at first only shampooed the couch, which made it that much easier to see the embedded pet hair all over the cushions.  The host said they would replace the couch, but they only moved another filthy couch from another unit into mine.  No joke, this second couch had a stain from a naked butt on the middle cushion.  The host again shampooed the couch and left sheets to cover it.   I could not have had guests or done any entertaining in this apartment.  Although the host claimed to be amenable to a discount, they ghosted me as soon as I checked out.  I recommend passing on this apartment." (4/5)
