Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. A couple weeks before our trip, we were informed that due to a scheduling conflict, we would need to switch from the original Airbnb we booked to a different unit in another location. While unexpected, the host was flexible and allowed us to choose from available replacement units, which we appreciated. The unit itself appeared clean and newly renovated upon arrival. However, during our stay, we encountered quite a few bugs/insects and found 5 cockroaches, which was unsettling. We understand this is a basement unit, but the roaches were hard to overlook. To the host’s credit, they quickly provided spray and applied a “non-toxic” treatment while we were out for the day. They also offered a small compensation, which we appreciated. Overall, the host was communicative and willing to help, but we wanted future guests to be aware of the pest issues we experienced during our stay." (6/5)
