Before your stay, we kindly ask you to review the following important information to ensure a smooth arrival and peaceful experience:

Rental Agreement
After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.

Guest Verification with Truvi
To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Sojourn partners with Truvi, a third-party guest verification and damage assurance platform. You’ll receive a direct message from Truvi to complete your verification and purchase a damage waiver. Please complete this step before check-in. Visit Truvi’s website to learn more.

Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Pet Policy
This property allows one well-behaved and potty-trained dog with a $100 per pet, per week fee. Dog must be up-to-date on flea and tick treatment.
Note: This property is dog-friendly only. Cats are not permitted.

Security Cameras
