Welcome to our serene beach side retreat. This three bedroom, three bath condo welcomes you to enjoy every comfort of home with the perk of being just steps from a quiet, pristine local beach. 
The open living area offers space for family gatherings and movie nights. The pools open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. at Memorial Day and close at Labor Day and may or may not have interruptions for any kind of maintenance repairs

Sink into a king-sized bed where you can open the balcony door and listen to the waves crash against the beach. Enjoy having family together where they can sleep in one of the other bedrooms which features a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has two bunk s with a  private bathroom. 

The open living area offers space for family gatherings and movie nights. Cook your favorite meals or try a new recipe in this beautiful kitchen that has granite countertops. There's enough space to gather in the kitchen to enjoy meals together. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony off of the living room where you can relax, knowing you'll be able to enjoy the beach which is mere steps away from this comfortable home. 

This condo has the added luxuries of 3 pools, courtyard dining tables, an exercise room and courtyard grills.


We recommend bringing your own vehicle.

The Sanctuary comes with 1-2 parking spots per condo, please inquire.

The Sanctuary has a no-pet policy. Only service animals are permitted with written documentation on letterhead from a licensed professional currently providing treatment to a guest of the reservation which identifies the need for the service animals and confirms the guest is currently treated by such professional.

Had plumbing issues in light flickering issues, which we called for maintenance, and the guy came and did a crap job, leaving things undone. And half  put back together. the washer went out as we left the water dispenser on the fridge quit working the garbage disposal side of sink would work sometimes? And then other times not the pans had the material flaking off dead, asked them to replace it.And they did so, but this place definitely needs some attention and fixing up" (6/5)

The porch was not cleaned for us to use. Upon notifying the hos,  he immediately suggested to send the cleaning crew, which we rejected.

Another thing was that the back piece of the tools around the island were taped together. One of it kept fall off every time someone leaned back on it. We did not report this to the host.

Then the drawer where the utensils are stored was not properly placed. Or something is missing.  It felt down  when we tried to put some utensils away. We also did to inform the host.

We felt that we should have been told of these issues prior to booking." (10/5)
