Stay for 4 days and 2 days have no hot water to shower when it’s cold and rainy outside. The water flow was insufficient during the shower. Furthermore, the host asked us if their vendor can get inside for pest control and we denied because of safety issue and our stuff were in the house so would be insecure to let others go inside, but somehow on that day there’s still someone getting into the house and moved our stuff, stepped on the bathroom pads, and left the door+ fence opened. We felt unsafe after that happened. They claimed they wanted to check the water heater but under their instruction we have reset the water heater before, and we also did not give them permission to enter during our stay. I think they have different people looking the messages in our conversation and these is a miscommunication and misunderstanding so one of them think we provide the permission and one of them said okay they understood and won’t send people to the Airbnb.
Sojourn's were very easy to work with and talk to. love the house n the area it was in. We will be back next year n hoping we are able to book the house again. Thank you so much
Great stay! Really enjoyed the space and amenities around. Besides, it was very walkable to the metro and foods that are nearby. Had some issues with the toilet seat cover and was informed that the automatic door lock needed to be looked into. They were very responsive and got them fixed within a couple of hours. Really good, thanks again.
