Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. - **Anonymous**: "I’ll start with the positive. The place was immaculate - clean and new - and it was very comfortable. The not so good - parking is $35 dollars a night. When we’ve stayed in DC before, we were given free street side parking so just be aware. For our 7 night stay that added $245. 

Now the bad. If there is anyone staying upstairs, you can hear everything. Every step, every conversation, even their music. If they are awake, you are awake. Clearly during the extensive renovations, sound proofing was not a priority. If the people upstairs stay up until midnight, which they did most nights, so do you. We had one night where the people upstairs decided to party all night, and the music did not go off until 4:50am. I don’t think it was malicious but nevertheless, it was a terrible experience for my wife and me.  We did have two nights of the seven where the upstairs was vacant. It was glorious. I have never written a bad review but felt compelled to write our experience." (4/5)

However, it lacks basic amenities for folks with a longer stay like: an ironing board and iron, a broom and dustpan, (and though the description did say the unit didn’t have a washer or dryer) a washer snd dryer would have been nice. Also, the sink makes no sense as it does not have a disposal feature built in. Additionally, the kitchen lights are connected to the bedroom lights. If you want light in the bedroom other than the lamp, you have turn on the kitchen lights. I was glad when I discovered how it worked, but quickly settled for the lamp in the bedroom. Furthermore, the walls are very thin. I could hear every footstep of the guests upstairs, and for 4 days straight, they were tumble drying something heavy and clunky in the dryer. 

Though my minor complaints, I would highly recommend staying at this location, as improvements CAN be made. The space is new and very cozy, and everyone needs to experience that shower. #Elite" (8/5)
