Welcome to our serene beach side retreat nestled in the heart of The Sanctuary Condos. This light filled and spacious 2BR/2BA condo offers a tranquil escape with breathtaking views of the dunes & easy access to the sandy shores. This home has a spacious layout, comfortable sleeping arrangements, & 2 private balconies. The pools open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. at Memorial Day and close at Labor Day and may or may not have interruptions for any kind of maintenance repairs.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, enveloping you in comfort after a day of beach adventures. Wake up to the soothing sound of waves and step onto your private balcony to take in the panoramic views of the sanctuary and refuge. The second bedroom features full-size bunk beds and one twin trundle bed perfect for accommodating families or groups of friends. Rest assured, both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with cozy linens and ample storage space for your belongings.

Bathrooms:
Pamper yourself in the well-appointed bathrooms, featuring luxurious Lather Soaps, Frette towels and a refreshing ambiance.

Living Area:
The living area is designed to be an inviting space where you can unwind and spend quality time with loved ones. Sink into the plush recliner sofas and enjoy a movie night on the large flat-screen TV or board games with the family. The open concept layout allows for seamless interaction between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it easy to entertain or simply enjoy each other's company.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essential cookware. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet feast, you'll find everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Step outside onto the two private balconies and be greeted by the stunning vistas of Sandbridge. your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the dunes. These inviting outdoor spaces provide the perfect backdrop for relaxation, contemplation, and making lasting memories.

Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Parking Information
The Sanctuary comes with 1-2 parking spots per condo, please inquire.

Pet Policy
The Sanctuary has a no-pet policy. Only service animals are permitted with written documentation on letterhead from a licensed professional currently providing treatment to a guest of the reservation which identifies the need for the service animals and confirms the guest is currently treated by such professional.
