Welcome to our serene beach side retreat nestled in the heart of The Sanctuary Condos. This light filled and spacious 2BR/2BA condo offers a tranquil escape with breathtaking views of the dunes & easy access to the sandy shores. This home has a spacious layout, comfortable sleeping arrangements, & 2 private balconies. The pools open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. at Memorial Day and close at Labor Day and may or may not have interruptions for any kind of maintenance repairs.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, enveloping you in comfort after a day of beach adventures. Wake up to the soothing sound of waves and step onto your private balcony to take in the panoramic views of the sanctuary and refuge. The second bedroom features full-size bunk beds and one twin trundle bed perfect for accommodating families or groups of friends. Rest assured, both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with cozy linens and ample storage space for your belongings.

Pamper yourself in the well-appointed bathrooms, featuring luxurious Lather Soaps, Frette towels and a refreshing ambiance.
Living Area:
The living area is designed to be an inviting space where you can unwind and spend quality time with loved ones. Sink into the plush recliner sofas and enjoy a movie night on the large flat-screen TV or board games with the family. The open concept layout allows for seamless interaction between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it easy to entertain or simply enjoy each other's company.

I rented this lovely 2-bedroom condo for my parents while they relocated to Virginia Beach. They stayed here for almost 2 months, and I was in and out during their stay. The condo was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything they needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy for them to prepare meals. The living area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which was important for them during this transitional period. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that any questions or concerns were promptly addressed. This made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, this condo provided a wonderful temporary home for my parents, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Virginia Beach.
