The Sanctuary is an exquisite condo building located in the heart of Sandbridge. This ocean-side building offers luxurious amenities, breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, and an unparalleled sense of tranquility. The Seaside Escape will immediately greet you with a sense of relaxation and comfort, the perfect ingredients for a tranquil summer sojourn. The living room is elegantly furnished with a plush sectional sofas, perfect for lounging after a long day at the beach. Double sliding glass doors allow direct access to the patio, pool and bbq area and a place to take in the salty breeze.

The condo has an open concept living area, which seamlessly flows into the dining area and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The dining table seats eight, making it the perfect spot for a family dinner or a game night.

The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a shower, and dual sinks, complete with Lather Bath products and Frette towels.

This home has high speed WiFi, in unit washer dryer, central heat and air and plenty of linens. All TV's are programmed with free netflix and hulu. We do not have traditional cable.

The Sanctuary condo building offers amenities that will make your vacation even more enjoyable. Take a dip in the outdoor pool, relax on the sun deck or make family meals on the abundance of outdoor BBQ’s, If you're feeling active, head to the fitness center for a workout or take a run on the sand! When you're ready to hit the beach, simply walk down the private boardwalk and you'll be steps away from the soft sand and refreshing water. Sojourn homes come complete with beach chairs and umbrellas for guests, making it easy to spend the day lounging and soaking up the sun.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Parking Information
The Sanctuary comes with 1-2 parking spots per condo, please inquire.

Pet Policy
The Sanctuary has a no-pet policy. Only service animals are permitted with written documentation on letterhead from a licensed professional currently providing treatment to a guest of the reservation which identifies the need for the service animals and confirms the guest is currently treated by such professional.
