The living room features a 50" smart TV with free Netflix and Hulu Live, a comfy seating area, and a pop-up coffee table that converts into a desk—perfect for remote work. The stocked kitchen includes cookware, a single-serve K-cup coffee maker (pods provided), and everything needed for dining in. An all-in-one washer/dryer handles small loads, while a full-service laundromat is right next door.
In the bedroom, you'll enjoy a queen bed with Sojourn’s signature setup: ultra-soft linens, a down feather comforter, gel and feather pillows, blackout curtains, a dresser, a spacious closet, and a 32" smart TV with streaming.
The bathroom boasts a modern walk-in tile shower and Lather bath products for a spa-like touch. Beach towels and chairs are provided.
Cooling is provided by a mini-split system and ceiling fans, with a window unit available on request. The solid concrete building stays naturally cool—even in the summer sun.

The apartment is much smaller than it appears in the listing photos and is extremely tiny overall, including a very small bathroom. The shower also did not drain properly during our stay. When we arrived, the kitchen utensils were not clean, so we purchased our own, which we did not mind but is worth noting. During our 30-day stay, we saw two spiders inside the unit. There was also ongoing noise from the upstairs guests, including frequent fighting and door slamming. At one point, the slamming of the doors was so intense that the front door came off its hinges. Lastly, we brought our own chair covers to place over the couch and did not sit directly on the fabric. Despite this, we are being charged $200, which we believe is an attempt to cover standard cleaning costs rather than actual damage caused by us. Overall, the stay was manageable, but there were several concerns related to accuracy, cleanliness, noise, and post-stay charges that future guests should be aware of.
We had a great stay! The space was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. It was just the right size for two people—cozy but comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, even though we didn’t end up using it much. One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach—just a quick walk across the street! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!
