El servicio fue excelente. El día del check-in llegué muy tarde y hubo un problema con la clave de la puerta, pero respondieron de inmediato a pesar del horario. La zona es segura y el departamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos. Cuenta con lavadora y secadora en el sótano, lo cual es muy práctico. Sin duda lo recomiendo.
Beautiful location and the host was very responsive! Walking distance to my favorite part of Norfolk. The host was VERY responsive. Had issues with air conditioning (that were subsequently fixed) but within just a couple of hours they were there to setup portable AC units until the other one was fixed and made sure that we were comfortable with everything. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and are looking for a beautiful centralized place with walking distance to amazing local businesses!
The apartment was great for my bridesmaids and I to get ready and do our makeup and hair on my wedding day. There was plenty of space and the place was clean. However I was very disappointed that the unit has like 6 flights of stairs up to it and no elevator. That is something that needs to be disclosed prior to booking. I had a person that could not come due to having COPD and not being able to climb all those stairs.
