Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The building is very old, the renovations were cute, but the space is an efficiency apartment at best. There was no fireplace. The sofa and other furnishings were cheap finds on Amazon. The bed linens were scratchy and cheap; I ended up getting my own linens. The space is so small that one person could only stay here. If you’re taller or heavier, you wouldn’t be able to use the toilet. I’m 5’7 and my knees would hit the shower door each time.
There was a smell of adult diapers when I first got there. It was in the hallway and my apartment. They had to send a cleaning crew (who only sprayed Febreeze and poured smelly mop cleaner); every few days the smell was back. There is no central AC or heat. You have a window unit that needs to run 24/7." (2/5)
