Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. - **Anonymous**: "The place we were finally given was absolutely great.  The building, the furniture, THE ART is absolutely perfect.  Especially the art piece over the mantel… it’s a Zuñiga. AMAZING. 

It’s a great location. Everything close by. Very convenient.  

Unfortunately, the management company messed up.  They switched the place we had rented for another without letting us know. The place they had switched us to was very inconvenient for us.  I do have to admit that they found a gem for us to stay after the bad moment we experienced. 

The house we stayed was absolutely magnificent.  From the entrance to the top floor. The furniture, the art, the utensils and all were top class.  I am an interior designer and I would not change a thing.  It’s a dream home. 

Finally the problems were solved by Airbnb and our stay was great." (8/5)
