The biggest issue for me was one night a fire alarm was going off in the building then we began to smell burning/smoke. Fire Rescue was sent out and once gone, I received a call from the host. I ended up being chastised with more concern over the other units’ door being kicked-in by the fire department than gracious I called and the building didn’t go up in flames! I am not responsible for the fire departments’ decisions. I did what I thought was best and safe. Also beware of bait/switch costs!"
