First, is the easy and rapid communication with the host and the support we received when we needed to solve some personal issues. Second, the location. A stone's throw from Dupont Circle, I guess it is hard to find a better location, regardless of what you are in Washington for. The area is super walkable, safe and close to many conveniences and strategic points of interest. Finally, the apartment itself. Large, airy, full of light, quiet, clean and with everything you need for your stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to DC." (10/5)
