Beach Construction Notice: The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach. Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points. Your time here may be short, but the need for an elevated beach vacation remains. Plan to indulge yourself in real down comforters, hand picked feather and gel pillows and luxury bath towels. A sun filled master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the additional 1 bedrooms has a twin bunk bed. The full bathroom has a bathtub for easy kid bath time! This space was planned for real family time with a fire pit, gas grill, a patio swing & chairs for lounging. Beach chairs are available. Please Read - Landscaping is schedule for Monday - Wednesday in Norfolk. If you are booked for this property you acknowledge our landscaper will enter the backyard to cut the grass. Trash is scheduled to be picked up 3 days a week, you also acknowledge that our private trash provider will be on site bringing cans out and back in.
