A chic beach shack. This simple home is steps to toes in the sand and comes with great beach chairs. A 2 bedroom/1 bath set appointed for short or long term stays. The apartment has 2 queen beds, feather pillows, sevenfold towels, all weather down duvets, central heat and air, a futon with linens, & fabulous shared deck. Walk out your door turn right and walk onto the beach. Enjoy epic Chesapeake bay sunsets and the luxury of a quiet safe beach.

Beach Construction Notice:
The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach.
Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points.

Special things to note:
Pets allowed. $75 per pet per week. Pet fee is requested after booking. 
Each apartment gets two parking spaces. Please request permission for more than 1 car.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

It sounded like a daycare downstairs, with screaming children all hours of the day, so bad that it physically SHOOK the walls. It was impossible to relax. They state in their policy that there’s a decibel limit and visitors will be asked to leave w/o refund if exceeded, but I spoke to sojourn 4 separate times about the noise and the visitors were there until we left. A lot of this does fall on the people on that unit for not respecting anyone else, but I wish sojourn had just enforced that policy. Maybe they need to renovate and add some sound proofing?" (6/5)
