This house is perfectly located on Chesapeake Bay side of greater Virginia Beach, in the community affectionately known as "East Ocean View" by the locals.
Come stay at Sea Song Bungalow this summer for a beach vacation in Virginia. A spacious 2232 sq. ft. of delightful spaces is suitable for friends and family gatherings. Sea Song Bungalow is a two story singe family house with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. One bedroom is on the first floor, 4 bedrooms are on the second floor. Please refer to the description for each bedrooms below. Formal dining room with a large dinner table can serve up to 10 guests. Perfect space for family and friends gatherings or holiday dinners. Enjoy well stocked kitchen for cooking, free Wi-Fi, Washer and dryer are available on site.

Parkings are allowed house's one car garage and 2 car driveway. Parking on 17th Bay St. is strictly prohibited. Police will be called by neighbors and the driver of the vehicle will be issued a parking ticket. If you are arriving with more than 3 cars, please park vehicles on 18th Bay St. where you do not see "NO Parking" signs near by. Please do not take short cut through neighbor's private "Alley" between 17th Bay & 18th Bay Street. Walk out to E. Ocean View Blvd. to go & back from your parked vehicle(s).

We stayed at this property for five days with our family of five, and overall it met our needs well. The house was the right size for our stay, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. One thing we especially appreciated was the hot water supply—everyone was able to shower without running out of hot water, which was a big plus. That said, the property could benefit from some TLC and maintenance updates. There was a noticeable punch mark in the refrigerator, the dishwasher did not clean dishes well and likely needs replacement, and the grill was only partially functioning. None of these issues ruined our stay, but they did make the home feel more like a rental property than a well-maintained vacation home. Overall, the space and layout worked great for our family, but some attention to maintenance and upkeep would significantly improve the guest experience.
Came to town for a baby shower and this was a great pace to stay for me and my family! Communication was great, especially when I had a concern about a website they sent in the instructions to fill out for all the guest. They made is clear that because we were verified through Airbnb that we didn’t have to do that which made me feel a lot better! House was clean and very big! Thank you for a memorial trip
We booked Sojourn’s place for a short weekend for a wedding and it turned out to be the perfect spot to have as a home away from home. The space was clean and felt safe. Our whole family who shared the house kept saying we’d like to even come back for a longer stay in the summer season. This place is well worth it!
