The host seem lovely in the beginning of our conversation, Nicole invited me to book prior to our conversation and inquires that I had to make sure it was safe and secure to stay for the 30 days I need the place. Nicole calls me separate ask me about personal details , why do I have a local number and was just wondering why am I staying for those amount of days . Stated I have to sign a lease based on the days that I’m staying , I was so confused when she called me to say this when we had spoke among the days before I book. So this was very unprofessional and inconvenient for me and my kids for them to say I couldn’t stay at the unit I made inquires about before I book. She didn’t show no consideration . Tried to place me in other places they had but did not have the amenities I needed like the one I book with them before they decided to cancel the same day of stay .
