This modern, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a fresh escape with balcony views of the beach and Back Bay Wildlife Refuge. This is the perfect place to enjoy the Beach with the whole family. Pools are open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Bedrooms:
Step into the primary bedroom where you can sink into the king sized bed after a day at the beach. What makes this bedroom even more desirable is the en suite bathroom.

The second bedroom features a queen bed with serene beach decor and is attached to the second bathroom which is also shared with the third bedroom.

Whether you're vacationing with the family or a group of friends, there is plenty of room to sleep everyone in the third bedroom which features 2 bunk beds. One of the bunk beds has a double sized bed.

Gather in the living room where everyone can relax on the large sofa and enjoy a movie or games together. You'll be able to listen to the ocean through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Better yet, step onto the balcony and enjoy a beverage or snack while the sun sets.

Pamper yourself in the well-appointed bathrooms, featuring luxurious Lather Soaps, Frette towels and a refreshing ambiance.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essential cookware. From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Parking Information
The Sanctuary comes with 1-2 parking spots per condo, please inquire.

Pet Policy
The Sanctuary has a no-pet policy. Only service animals are permitted with written documentation on letterhead from a licensed professional currently providing treatment to a guest of the reservation which identifies the need for the service animals and confirms the guest is currently treated by such professional.
