A chic beach shack. This very simple 1 story home is steps to toes in the sand and comes with beach chairs. A 2 BR/1 Bath home appointed for short or long term stays. The apartment has 2 queen beds, feather pillows, premium towels, all weather down duvets, central heat and air, a futon with linens, a private patio and a fabulous shared deck. Walk out your door turn right and walk onto the beach. Enjoy epic Chesapeake bay sunsets and the luxury of a quiet safe beach.
Beach Construction Notice:
The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach.
Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points.

We stayed for a long weekend with a dog and two teenagers. The house was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Air conditioner would freeze you out it was so nice and cold. The small details were definitely appreciated. The added beach chairs (Tommy Bahama) were greatly appreciated as the chairs we brought weren’t really meant to be beach chairs. The private outdoor space was nice. We really enjoyed the beach area as it was very few people each time we went out. Our dog was able to enjoy the water as well without disturbing anyone. Will be returning!
We were showed a futon w linens. No futon and couch was hard with no covers. I did get in contact with them. They brought linens. Was nice place. Could hear neighbors thru wall. Walk to beach was short. Parking not great someone would take your spot every time we left And people parking there not staying in rooms Pier was 3 min drive. Along w market No condiments in fridge like other bnb Did have coffee toaster microwave fridge freezer ice cube tray all dishes pot pans. Etc. large back deck was private with chairs
