This English basement apartment has a separate living, dining, and kitchen areas with 1 full bathroom. The light and bright bedroom has a queen sized bed, and access to 2 closets for your belongings. The apartment is ideal for maximum of 3 adults (2 in the bedroom & 1 on the sleeper sofa). From the bedroom there is a back door into the back yard.
The apartment offers a coat closet, washer and dryer, central a/c heat, wifi, and xfinity cable TV with HBO channels and on screen access to Netflix.

Walk, Stroll, Metro & Bus 1 block away, or Uber are all very quick and efficient.
Capital Bikeshare is a fun way to get around the city as well, and there are docking stations within 2 blocks also.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
